About Form W-2

• Who fills it in: Employers, for each employee.
• Where it goes: Copies go to the employee; Copy A goes to the Social Security Administration with Form W-3.
• Copy A, the one for the government, is printed in red ink and read by machines: the copy printed from this PDF cannot be filed. File it electronically or on the official printed form; the other copies can be filled here.

How to fill it in with PDFPane
