Merge and reorder PDF pages without uploading

Put a signed page back into a contract, combine a form with its attachments, drop the blank pages from a scan. PDFPane arranges pages inside Chrome, without sending the files anywhere.

What you can do

Merge: add pages from another PDF, before or after the ones you have.
Reorder: drag pages into the order you want.
Turn sideways scans the right way up, and remove pages you do not need.
Split: download just the pages you pick as a new PDF.

Step by step

Open the first PDF in PDFPane — from a Chrome tab with the toolbar button, or by dropping it in.
Click Pages to see every page as a thumbnail.
Add another PDF, then drag, turn and remove until the order is right.
Download the whole document, or select pages and download only those.

Good to know

Forms keep working after a merge: fields from both files stay fillable.
You can fill and sign in the same session, before or after arranging pages.
The files you opened are not changed; the result is a new PDF.
